August Marsh (Emmett Furey) finds himself confronted with troublesome pirates from his past, and Vex (Lauren Cipollo)... disguises herself as one of them? Kind of? Meanwhile, Sym (Matt Conant) tries to keep a kraken sedate so they can extract its delicious ink. No, really! GM Moe Poplar tries to add logic and structure to a story increasingly flying off the handle.

August Marsh (Emmett Furey) answers a distress call from an old friend, and quickly finds himself putting on another disguise. Seeking help, the gang make a trip to visit an old friend, who they hope they haven't entirely pissed off yet. GM Moe Poplar leads us through it.

While Vex (Lauren Cipollo) distracts the goons searching for a secret recipe, Sym (Matt Conant) & August Marsh (Emmett Furey) try to find August's missing friend, and attempt to learn the location of the recipe itself. Vex gives up something truly precious. GM Moe Poplar leads us through it.

Episode 9: Bouys to Men
Upon learning the identity of the mysterious buyer of the stolen recipe, August, Vex and Sym return to the restaurant, where they find themselves potential victims of an even bigger score targeting Liana Ozu and her entire restaurant. Meanwhile, a long-buried betrayal comes to light that may drive a permanent wedge between our heroes.
